Perfect Indulgence...

I've recently enhanced my bedroom with a touch of BEAST. I've changed the AC system and redesigned the AC air flow. It's worth getting into all the hassles cos now the sound of the air flow from a spilt type AC is no longer an issue. Added B&W ceiling speakers above my bed and bathroom as well. It's just like staying at Peninsula Hotel Shanghai except mine is better. My vintage FRANCO ALNINI ARMCHAIR has a new look too and now it looks so much better in this charcoal grey cashmere fabric. This TOM DIXON industrial marble table is truly the perfect one for my room. You just won't understand how hard it is to fine a nice durable table but chic in 1000mm which it's height can be adjusted by turning the table clockwise or the other way around. Now, I can finally have a proper lounging area to play cards, to enjoy the view or having a tea party with my wife.

When I first explored a pair of beautiful wall scones at Portrait Hotel Florence, I'm addicted to the look right a way. It's just too damn cool to have vintage looking wall feature at your bedside. Michael Bonan (an italy architect) is the designer for most of the Ferragamo hotels in Florence and he also designed the lighting feature. It took me a while to figure out the manufacturer and this lighting company has the most amazing collection made out of bronze, nickels & etc.... I've ordered a different style for myself.

The White Company London offers different range of white bedding linen and I mean good quality simple white bedding!!! I don't understand why it is so hard to find stuff which is simply with good quality in Hong Kong. "Free Range Big six" attack is the true matters. Anyways, I've bought a set of white & grey Belgium linen duvet cover with 2 pillows for summer crisp touch and a 600 yarns cotton for winter.

FRANCO ALNINI ARMCHAIR

Buying art or vintage furnitures are driven by emotions, not pragmatics.
As such, I would only buy what truly speaks to me and somehow those collection become a visual collage of my inner self. I've been putting FRANCO ALNINI's work on my wish list for quite a long time and I just couldn't resist the beauty of it. This one-off 50s armchair above is now at my crib!
